Pastor Edward Kane
St. Timothy's is pleased to announce that we have obtained a bridge pastor, the Rev. Edward Kane. Although Pastor Kane is retired from full time congregational ministry, he serves on a regular basis filling in for pastors on Sundays and other occasions. During his years of full time ministry, Pastor Kane served as the transition pastor and consultant for numerous congregations in the SEPA Synod. He served as a the Dean of Interim Ministry. He previously served as volunteer chaplain at Paoli Hospital. Pastor Kane is a speaker for the National Alliance on Mental Illness. He is a co-facilitator of a NAMI Connections Peer Support Group for adults living with mental illness. He also is a teacher, facilitator, and retreat leader for the spiritual formation community, A Gathering of Men. Pastor Kane and his wife are the parents of four adult children and one grandson. His personal interests include violin, lap swimming, Shakespeare, theatre, and writing. He is a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Wallingford, Delaware County.
